There are five main production processes for shoemaking, they are: gluing process, hot vulcanization process, injection molding process, molding process and sewing process.

The shoe gluing process is currently the most widely used process in the footwear industry. The advantages of this process are that it is suitable for various materials, has high production efficiency, and is suitable for assembly line operations.

Taking adhesive shoes as an example, the main process of the process is as follows: fabric and lining cutting and making (including edging, folding, sewing, etc.) - bottom making (including various bottom materials shaping, processing, stretching, etc.) ——Closing the bottom (combining the help and the bottom)——Drying and shaping——Exiting the last——Inspection, etc.

The hot vulcanization process of shoes is divided into hot vulcanization paste process and hot vulcanization molding process, the former is more widely used. The hot vulcanization shoemaking process is mainly used in the production of rubber-soled footwear such as travel shoes, sports shoes and sports casual shoes.

The main process of the hot vulcanization paste process is: manufacture of uppers and glue parts - molding - vulcanization - last removal.

Injection molding (shot) is a shoe-making method of injection molding. This process is mostly used in footwear such as travel shoes, sports shoes, and sports casual shoes. The injection molding process is further divided into the whole shoe injection molding process (the upper is made separately) and the sole injection molding process. The sole injection molding process can be further divided into a single-color injection molding process and a multi-color injection molding process. The main flow of the injection molding process is to compress the material in the injection molding device, then plasticize (the solid plastic is converted into a fluid), homogenize, and then inject the fluid plastic into the cavity of the shoe through the injection channel of the mold. formed product.

The molding process is widely used in footwear varieties that require high binding strength between the upper and the bottom, such as labor protection shoes, military shoes, etc. The molding process is divided into two types: stretch molding and last molding. The main process of the stretch-top molding process is to put the stretched shoe upper, after raising the upper, pulling out the original last, and applying adhesive, etc., and then putting it on the same type of aluminum last of the molding machine, and then putting the rubber material in the bottom mold, and then putting it on the bottom mold. After the molding machine heats and melts and presses down, finally the rubber is melted, pressed and tightly synthesized with the upper at the same time, and the whole process is basically completed.

The sewing process is a traditional shoe-making process. The basic feature of the sewing process is that the combination of the upper and the bottom is sewn with special hemp threads. The sewing process is more complicated and the technical requirements are relatively high, which fully reflects a person's technological ability and skills. , mostly used in the production of high-end leather shoes. Craftsmanship is not only the production process of processing and molding materials, but also the exquisite, perfect and complex craftsmanship can bring a sense of craftsmanship to users (consumers), that is, there is an aesthetic value.
